Utilizing 9-axis motion and an automatic error compensation system, it achieved uniform grinding of brake disc edge burrs, with repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05mm, fully meeting the stringent standards for high-speed rail components.

In the die-cast aluminum field, a new energy vehicle manufacturer's integrated die-casting part measured φ2300mm and weighed over 400kg, beyond traditional equipment's capability. Neview developed a specialized grinding system equipped with a 480kg payload robotic arm, featuring a "combination of floating spindle + rigid spindle." Using AI vision positioning and flexible grinding technology, it overcame the surface finishing challenges of ultra-large die-cast parts, meeting the requirements for castings from 6000-ton+ presses.
